Aidan is 5 months old!

What a milestone! Our baby is getting so big, he is now over 18lbs! Aidan loves to sit in his "office", watch Nealy dance, roll all over the floor (oddly enough, only to the left!), and boy has this child found his voice! Between Nealy and Aidan, it's going to be a very loud household!

HI

Just wanted to say hi! I love these faces!

Nap Mess

Nealy really wanted it to be warm. She went through her drawers, got herself undressed and dressed again... and let her little dolls from her doll house take up residence in her pajama drawer. The child LOVES making a mess!

Snow Babies

We all had some fun in the snow! Nealy loves making snow angels, and going down the hill in the sled. Aidan was very good sitting all bundled up. Nealy keeps asking when the sky is going to give us some more snow. She wants to make a snowman!

Feeding Time!

We should have known Aidan would love food. I mean look at him! He had his first cereal a few days back, he really enjoyed himself! Nealy, who has always been a good eater, loves her spaghetti, and recently has been falling asleep in her chair if she doesn't have a nap. Poor baby!

A Basket of Fun

Aidan decided to help with the laundry. He was VERY serious.

Pajama Day

We needed to recover from all our travels. A day spent in pajama's was just what we needed!

New Years Eve

How the times have changed! We enjoyed some delicious food and times with friends this New Year's. The kids enjoyed themselves and loved having some new playmates. We were all home and kids in bed (Nealy at least), by 10:30. The days of staying out celebrating into the wee hours are long gone. We sure are glad to have friends doing the same things we are! Happy New Year!

The Flying Boy

Aidan and I were having some fun. He is such a cute little man...when he isn't crying!

Stop 4...The Egan's

Our trip wouldn't have been complete without a trip to see the cousins. Although they had never encountered "hurricane Nealy" before, all went well. Aidan was well entertained by Caroline and his new penguin, and Nealy hopped from cousin to cousin. Both kids were SOUND asleep less than a minute after leaving the Egan's driveway! Thanks for letting us visit! The pictures aren't the best...something was going on with my camera!

Christmas Morning

What a treat. Although she only half realized what was going on, watching Nealy enjoy Christmas morning was monumental. Christmas literally took hours to complete, the doll house, which she saw first held her off from opening anything else for easily 45 minutes. She happily would open any one's gift, get excited about things that were not even hers, she stripped so she could wear new clothes, and we all laughed along with her new Elmo. Even Aidan enjoyed that one!

Third Stop...Grand Haven

Getting a ride on Uncle Joe

Playing Piano with Aunt Katie
Look at my chubby cheeked cherub with his Lala
Gramps and Aidan cheer on CMU!
Nealy and Gramps watch a movie.
Nealy and Grammie have some time for cuddles.

Nealy is being a goof in this picture with Aidan and Grammie and Gramps!
Our Third stop for Christmas was in Grand Haven MI. Here we unloaded and tried (with lots of help), to regroup and relax for a bit. The kids were well entertained by Grammie and Gramps, Uncle Joe (who made a great dog!), Aunt Katie (and the piano!), and of course Lala. Nealy didn't want to share any of her people with her brother, but most found the opportunity to get in some lovin' from Mr. Aidan!

Round two

Our second stop on the Christmas train was in Pittsburgh. We had so much fun playing with Nealy's new instruments. Thank you Pap Pap and Grandma Dee! We also were able to have a short visit with Aunt Sandy and Uncle Mike!

Our First Stop for Christmas

Christmas started early this year with Poppy, Granny, and Uncle John's visit. The kids were both good and loved being the center of attention. We all enjoyed the visit and it definitely put us in the Christmas spirit!

new posts are coming....eventually!

With all the traveling, adjusting to being home, and me not feeling well, I haven't had the opportunity to sit down and update the blog. As I type, Aidan is screaming and Nealy is yelling at him. I will try to have new pictures up by the end of the week!! I have quite a few to share!
