A Tea Party

An invitation was left...
A table was set...
Two were dressed up and waiting for their third...
And he showed.
They had some tea (or rather some propel)
They toasted...
Ate some cookies...
Shared thoughts about their day...
And she was happy...
As was he.

The Weekend

lounging around
Bubba likes to make bridges
Nealy and Aidan love Maeve to wear her robe...
Even with a whole room full of toys, a box is the best!
My big girl, what a goofball and quite a ragamuffin as well!

Maeve is SO good!
Aidan was so excited!

Just your typical Saturday morning. I LOVE Saturdays! The kids are so excited to have their dad around when they wake up, that they are all his for the better part of the morning. This is important for so many reasons: 1)Mom gets a little extra sleep, with just Maeve to worry about. 2) Coffee is made BEFORE I come downstairs! 3) Breakfast for the older two is taken care of by their dad 4) I get to eat without holding a baby!

Wes had the day of from school today. The kids were surprised to find him home when they woke up. We had a great day, took the kids bowling (don't get me started on how expensive bowling was!) It was fun, and worth it in the end. We ended the day with a couple hours at the playground. No pictures there, as I had Maeve in the wrap!

Maeve's Three Months!

Maeve tries to keep a close eye on her siblings

Since she won't let me go to bed, I figured I'd try and catch up on the blog. I still have sledding pictures to share, but those can wait! Maeve is three months already! She is trying so hard to sit up, and will be rolling over any day now. She has mastered the "fake cough" to get attention, and has the cutest frown too!

When Aidan Helps...

Cereal will be put in the refrigerator. What would I do without him??? He was so proud that he put the groceries away while I changed the baby. Very impressive that he actually could lift the lemonades and juice!
