More Zoo Fun! Picture overload!

Nealy sitting with the monkeys...I was tempted to leave her with them, she fits in so well!
My case in point. Climbing to see the penguins.
He's awake, and actually watching the polar bear swim!
Farmer Nealy
This is one of Nealy's favorites as well, good old polar bears!
UP close and personal!

Samson, the baby elephant, is Nealy's favorite. Here he is running, which Nealy thought was hysterical! He is very cute!
This is Samson and his mom, you get to really see how little he is compared to the others!
Poor Aidan, he slept through the entire elephant visit!
Swimming penguins
Feeding time!
Mr. Penguin
With Dad, watching the giraffe
Yes, he slept through them as well...
Aidan hanging out with Dad.
My baby boy enjoying the tram ride!

The kids and I ended up back at the zoo Saturday morning. Wes was out of town, and with our house literally a pile of boxes and bins, we needed a bit of a break. This was actually the second trip to the zoo this week. The first was with Wes, which is why he is in some pictures!

Father's Day

Aidan asleep on his dad...
Wes and his little ones, they both were climbing all over him. Not sure he actually saw much of the game!

Before the game we went to the Basilica. It was the first time we had been there since it reopened, and it is beautiful. The kids were HORRIBLE during mass, we should have known better!

For Father's Day we went to an Orioles game. Wes got a new golf umbrella (handout), and saw maybe three innings of the game. It was great to spend the day together, and as it ended up, we came home, put the kids down for naps, and Wes fell asleep on the couch watching the end of the game. I should have taken a picture...darn it!

Last Class...Gymnastics

My little jumping bean!

Look how big she looks...when did that happen????
Forwards roll!
Aidan and Dad playing the mat

Nealy had her last gymnastics class today. Since Wes was finished with school, he got to come along and see her in action. We have really enjoyed our time with Hoppintots Gym, our little girl sure has learned a lot!

Eating is Hard Work!

Please excuse my son wearing a pink bib...I'm sure he will love me later! Poor Aidan tried so hard to stay awake, but just couldn't. After a big meal, who doesn't need a little nap?

The Alligator Pool

Wes and the kids enjoying their time in the pool. The water had gotten so hot we actually had to add cold water to make it tolerable!
Three peas in a pod...or alligator!
Aidan loves spending time in the water.
Nealy was teaching Aidan how to blow bubbles. These two are water babies for sure!

An Evening at the Tot Lot

Nealy dancing in her car seat the whole way to the tot lot!
This child is SO STRONG!
Aidan riding a trike, Vrroom Vroom!
My boys
Nealy was so proud that she climbed the ladder to this slide by HERSELF! I almost had a heart attack...

It was fun, and look at my baby...he was tuckered out for sure!

With all the heat lately, going outside during the day is rather hard. So, we went to the local tot lot after dinner and let the kids play. Nealy is getting very confident in her abilities to do things ALL BY HERSELF, and Aidan is now enjoying a bit of time playing with his Dad.

Graduation

Rarely (if ever) do I post about Wes or me, but this I just couldn't pass up. Wes was asked to be the graduation speaker for the Middle School 8th grade Graduation. He did such a great job, kept his composure, and truly spoke from his heart. There was lots of laughter, and even some tears by the end of his speech. I'm so proud of you honey!

The "Game" Shirt

You'll have to ask Wes why she calls it her game shirt. She is very proud of it...Snoopy and all!

And He's Off!

Crawling is for babies. Aidan LOVES to use the hippo to walk around. He is getting pretty steady on his feet, I fear the day he decides to walk on his own. He's supposed to be my baby!

The Nap War

Nealy still NEEDS her naps, but sometimes it's hard to convince her of this. The other day she refused to nap, I finally gave in and let her downstairs, gave her a snack, and look what happened!

Zoo Fun

Nealy and Will...one of the many hugs shared. Aren't they cute together??
Snack time under the trees while it rained!
Nealy and Will again, Will was so nice to share his wheels with Bug.
The new giraffe feeding station...
Baby Samson, the zoo's new addition.

Holding hands, seriously, they are SO CUTE!!!

Yesterday we went to the zoo with some friends. Nealy and her friend Will were constantly together. They are SO CUTE! A little romance in the making! The weather was not the best, we did get rained on for a bit, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
