Family Fun

Bubba playing with his remote control car.
Miss MaeMae, (who dressed herself!), loving the scooter!
Nealy taking Kellen for a ride.  He LOVES going for rides in the red car, but makes the kids nervous, as he also likes to open the door while they're driving!

We took the kids to a kids' museum, they all FOUR loved it.

And it's rare to find an activity that everyone, including the baby love!  We were very pleased with the museum, and can't wait to go back!

Art Fun

We FINALLY got around to doing a project that's been in the works since before Kellen was born!  I saw these canvases for cheap at a local store, and had Wes pick up some paint.  We taped off their names and let them go.  They loved it, and we have some neat art work for their future rooms or playroom!  Wes made Kellen's for him, he wasn't quite ready for such a project, although he thought he was, and let us know!

Play time

The younger three and I were outside playing after Bubba got out of school.  Nealy gets out two hours later than Bub, so sadly, she couldn't play.  Kellen loved to go for rides in the car, but made Bubba nervous as he kept opening the door!  MaeMae REALLY wanted to go for a walk, I think she was a bit tired!  I thought it bad enough that Kellen walked before 9 months, but the running and climbing everything in sight at 10 months is getting REALLY old!

Aidan turns 5!

Bubba finally had his long awaited birthday!  He was SO ready to turn 5, go to the "big school", and to say that he was 5, going on 6, while his sister is still 6!  He celebrated at school with homemade chocolate cupcakes topped with star wars figures, served on batman plates.  He chose an Avengers cake, store bought since Momma wasn't feeling well.  He had to wait until Daddy and Nealy came home to open presents, but boy was it worth it!  Thank you to all who sent presents and cards, they made him feel so special!
