Easter Weekend

 Someone loved her some chocolate cake...

 And a very vanilla ice-cream sundae

 Playing on the bed!

 Decorating some Easter hats...and ruining a few articles of clothing in the process :(

 Their hats were rather...what's the word I'm looking for?....rather unique?

 They went on a parade to show off their hats and get candy.

 We thought the bunny would like to take them for a walk too.

 Faces were painted

 Paper flowers were made

 Balloon creations too

 We went for a walk (doesn't she look thrilled?)  

 These two complained the entire time...

 Finally the pool!

 Kellen loved the pool!

 The bunny came to visit the hotel!

 An Easter morning egg hunt

It was a whirlwind of a weekend!  Wes surprised us with a trip to the mountains in Asheville!  The kids were so good, and loved "being on vacation".  The scenery was beautiful, the weather although cooler, was perfect.  Now if only we had a few more days to sleep off all the excitement!

Preparing for Easter, and other madness!

 This big fella is 5 months old already!  He loves jumping!

 The kids and I made resurrection rolls, while we read the Easter story from their bible.

 The children continue to fall asleep in various places...here the hallway, with a water bottle inside a straw hat.  

 Another hallway sleeper...I think she was trying to watch tv!

And of course the obligatory high chair sleeper.

It's been a couple busy weeks, with no rest in sight.  Hopefully we all make it though intact!  The kids are all doing great, we have some busy little bees around here!  More Easter pictures to come!
