Dutch Village

Learning a dance with daddy...I'm not sure who had more fun!
This was during the dance as well. Nealy is showing off her new underwear.
Still more dancing!
If only the stork worked this way...sure would be an easier delivery!
Nealy was so excited over the carousel horse.
Aidan was excited too, but preferred the benches with daddy.
Taking her goat for a walk...they were both so head strong!

We had tried to go to the beach again, but realized once there that it was too windy for the babies. Dutch Village was on our list of things to do this summer, and it proved to be quite a hit for all of us! We can't wait to go back!

Beach Babies

Sand tastes SO GOOD!

One of Nealy's numerous trips to fill her bucket. Oh Aidan, his poor fair skin. I know he doesn't match, but better safe than sorry!
Nealy looking for tiny shells. She LOVED the water!
Another beach baby. Aidan loved playing in the sand, and with the water in his bucket!

So, gone are the days where Wes and I could go down to the beach with a book and just relax. We both were quite busy chasing kids! We all had a good time though, and we hope to spend many more days on the beach!

Happy Fourth of July!

It's Tub Time!

To my surprise, both Aidan and Nealy enjoyed their tubby TOGETHER! Usually there is a territory battle, but not this time. They are both such water babies!

Ganging up on Dad

Wes has his work cut out for him. It's only going to get harder wrestling with the two kids. They are already learning to gang up on him!

The BIG Move

All our stuff staged outside...the POD held more than I imagined it would, but it was NOT fun!
Aidan was such a great helper, he checked the paper, and wrapped his toys!
He also helped unpack a little early...
This is how we kept Bug busy...good old shaving cream!
She was also a great sweeper...this is Nealy's old room!

T.P. So Much Fun!

Oh the fun! While everyone was busy packing up, Aidan took the opportunity to have some fun. Unlike his sister who just liked to unravel the toilet paper, Aidan is a shredder. What fun was had!

technical difficulties...

Yes, we are safe and sound. No, I haven't forgotten about the blog. Yes, I do intend on putting up new pictures as soon as I can figure out mom's computer...grrrrr. I can't seem to get pictures off my camera. SO, I will be working on it, and check back soon. I have lots of updates!

More Zoo Fun! Picture overload!

Nealy sitting with the monkeys...I was tempted to leave her with them, she fits in so well!
My case in point. Climbing to see the penguins.
He's awake, and actually watching the polar bear swim!
Farmer Nealy
This is one of Nealy's favorites as well, good old polar bears!
UP close and personal!

Samson, the baby elephant, is Nealy's favorite. Here he is running, which Nealy thought was hysterical! He is very cute!
This is Samson and his mom, you get to really see how little he is compared to the others!
Poor Aidan, he slept through the entire elephant visit!
Swimming penguins
Feeding time!
Mr. Penguin
With Dad, watching the giraffe
Yes, he slept through them as well...
Aidan hanging out with Dad.
My baby boy enjoying the tram ride!

The kids and I ended up back at the zoo Saturday morning. Wes was out of town, and with our house literally a pile of boxes and bins, we needed a bit of a break. This was actually the second trip to the zoo this week. The first was with Wes, which is why he is in some pictures!

Father's Day

Aidan asleep on his dad...
Wes and his little ones, they both were climbing all over him. Not sure he actually saw much of the game!

Before the game we went to the Basilica. It was the first time we had been there since it reopened, and it is beautiful. The kids were HORRIBLE during mass, we should have known better!

For Father's Day we went to an Orioles game. Wes got a new golf umbrella (handout), and saw maybe three innings of the game. It was great to spend the day together, and as it ended up, we came home, put the kids down for naps, and Wes fell asleep on the couch watching the end of the game. I should have taken a picture...darn it!
