Snow Fun!

 We finally got some snow!

 The kids got out early on Tuesday in anticipation of bad weather...

 We waited ALL DAY, and nothing happened...

 Finally, during dinner it started!!

 Since we didn't want to miss out, we took a quick trip outside before bed.

 Some lasted longer than others.

 They were all hoping it would be packing snow, but that didn't happen.

 The next morning we went out again.  

 The 1-3 inch forecast ended up being about 3/4 of an inch.

 They made the best of it.

 Kellen liked it more after a good night's rest.

 We didn't have any plastic sleds here, and the one we found for sale was more than I was willing to pay!

 So we took our baby pool and loaded it up with kids!

 We had to enlist Daddy's help, as it was too heavy for the kids and mom was on camera duty!

 Dad needed the exercise, so it was a win-win.

 He pulled.

 And ran.

 The kids were thrilled.

 We made the most out of a very small amount of snow!

 Nealy REALLY wanted to make a snowman.

 We played...

 Mom documented...for we may not have any more.

 I'm going to have to keep an eye out for bargain snow apparel for next year!
