Nealy"isms"

We were feeding momma duck, Nealy asked for more bread, I gave it to her and she says to the duck..."sorry momma duck, this bread is so good and I'm SOOO hungry". Poor duck.
She said she wasn't hungry for dinner...and look what we found her doing right before bed!
"Mommm, hurry, the bees are going to carry me away"
The dragon and the alligator live down there, according to Nealy that is.
If you're happy and you know it!

Playing with the Camera

I just realized that our camera had a timer! The kids and I were playing around with it yesterday. I typically like to stay behind the camera, but I probably should be in a few!

A Pony Ride

We went to the Towson Fair yesterday morning and Nealy was able to get a pony ride. She was very proud of herself!

He's Off!

Sitting still no longer applies to Aidan. He can cross the room in no time. Although he has yet to crawl the traditional way, he has modified crawling to fit his needs. Nealy must have taught him, as she crawled the same way! He has also found that cruising the furniture is quite fun!

Like Dominoes

Crying is contagious. These four boys were all born within 2 weeks of each other! It's been fun watching them over the last few months. However, whenever one starts crying, they all seem to follow suit!

Sherwood Gardens

Last week we met up with one of my mom's groups for a picnic lunch. My goal was to get ONE picture with both kids smiling at the same time...and looking at the camera. Despite not meeting my goal, we had a good time!

Shadow Dancing

I'm never going to get a picture of them where they both look at the camera...too many distractions!
grass
always pulling up!
"It's dancing!"

"Shadow, are you tired?"

Nealy always has something in her shoe

Nealy found her shadow today! Too cute! I was trying not to laugh so I could take pictures, I'm so glad I had my camera with me! Aidan, on the other hand, was amused by the grass. It doesn't take much these days! As for myself, although no pictures to prove it, I'm one happy momma being able to take these munchkins outside!!

The BIG Tot Lot

I LOVE being outside!

Aidan and his swing. He's not too sure where to hold on!

Nealy has to try out every car... You can see her in the background of Aidan's swinging pictures too!

The elephant slide. She was so concerned that it was dirty. This could be a long spring!

One of our favorite outings around here is the Tot Lot. Nealy could honestly spend hours there, and since it is so close, we do spend a lot of time there on nice days! Aidan is still too small for most activities, but has shown us that he does enjoy a good swing!

Wagon Rides

With the nice weather we had last week came lots of wagon rides. Aidan is so funny sitting in his wagon, and Nealy has been very good with him. Grammie also got her share of pulling them around!

Feed the Birds

Our resident ducks have made their way back to the neighborhood. Nealy loves to feed them, and they actually expect to be fed. We like to keep an eye out for them, soon they will have little ducklings to feed as well!

Spring has sprung!

We love outdoor play! The kids and I went for a long walk yesterday, and then played outside once we got home. Nealy was completely enthralled by the yellow flowers all over our lawn. She is very good at peddling her trike, but needs to work on the steering aspect. Aidan loved being outside. This is going to be an interesting spring with him, as he wants to put EVERYTHING into his mouth. Again, he loved sporting his new shades!
