The Kids

Maeve has the perfect pout!
She is just so beautiful...
Maeve is a big girl, and loves playing in the playroom!
My goofy bunch...Aidan's new smile of choice
Beautiful girls
We were just playing in the playroom and I happened to have my camera with me. They are not easy to catch pictures of these days! They are all on the move!

A Sleepy Bouncer

Jumping proved to be hard work for poor Maeve. Poor little thing fell right to sleep! Precious!

A Grammie Visit

Grammie made a surprise (to the kids) visit! Nealy and Aidan greeted her with shrill squeals of pure joy. I don't think either one left her side the whole time she was here, We miss you Grammie!

Curlers and a Backpack!

Bean loves her big brother.
Bubba and his backpack
Sound asleep, curlers and all.
Reading before bed, with Aidan and his backpack.
She was so excited for her curlers!
Nealy fell asleep reading

Nealy loves having curly hair, and although her hair has some body to it, curls just aren't an every day occurrence. So, we picked up some little curlers and had some fun! She actually slept in them all night, and was so excited to see her curls that she woke up early and took them out herself. Sadly, I forgot to get an after picture to show how curly her hair actually ended up! It was so cute! She loved it...

Aidan loves his backpack, and loves filling it with his books and cars. Occasionally, he likes to sleep with it on...he is a weird little guy!

Maeve

Maeve had her well-baby check up last week. She is a very WELL baby. Maeve is in the 90% in weight (15lbs 7oz) and head circumference, and the 92% (25 1/4 inches) for height! We are not sure how this happened, but I'm sure genetics will take over soon. For now, she is a very healthy, happy, hungry baby!

Feeding Maeve

Maeve has really enjoyed eating cereal this week. I've never had a baby that enjoyed this step, or this early! She is very serious, eats a ton, and makes a big mess! I guess she didn't like to be left out at the dinner table! My baby is growing up too fast!

Yes, I Know...

We've had some 60+ degree days lately, and have gone back to the park for walks and some play time!

Learning to pick out her own clothes result.
She was Not tired, can you tell? Fell asleep on the floor!
Can you spot all the books, baby dolls, spare socks, stuffed animals...
I don't know how they can sleep with all that in their beds!
Nealy and Aidan excited for Valentine's Day treats!
I haven't been all that timely updating as of late. Finding time to think has been rare as well! In all honesty, I just haven't had much time! We are still searching for a school for Nealy for the fall, but she has been doing lots of "school" at home. Aidan is still potty training, has learned how to pedal his bike, and can now dress and undress himself! Maeve is growing like a weed! She is sleep training, and has just started eating cereal this week! We are busy for sure!

Happy Valentine's Day

We love you!

Poor Bubba

Our "BIG" Snow

Running around in the snow last night
They were SO HAPPY!
The back deck

Every morning poor Maeve gets held by her older siblings, they just CAN'T wait to love on her!
Ready to go out and play
Love that baby smile!

Maeve actually sitting in the snow!
She FINALLY got her snowman!

Throwing a snowball at Daddy

Sadly, our snowman was not going to be standing for long!

I didn't even know it was coming! I had mentioned to Wes how horribly packed Cosco was when I had gone earlier in the day, I just couldn't understand why it would be that way early in the day. Well low and behold, we were expecting "weather". I turned on the weather channel and there it stated, be ready for a winter storm. Well, it started snowing around 6 last night, and at 8:30 we had a few inches and Wes took the older two outside, as we were afraid it may not last until morning! Well this morning we had a grand total of about 4 inches, we took all the kids out to play, Nealy lasting the longest! They built snowmen, had a snowball fight and LOVED every minute of it. Even Maeve, was humming her happy song! The snow is mostly melted now, and by sunset will probably be forever gone. As Bubba put it earlier this morning, "It really IS winter!"
